Data Privacy (CoachConnect and Web Backup)
The data you send to the CrossTrak web server using CoachConnect can only be
accessed, downloaded or viewed by the specific coach selected by you during the
"Upload" process. Likewise, data sent to the CrossTrak web server using Web
Backup can only be accessed, downloaded or viewed by persons with access to your
password (as entered in "Setup" and during registration on the CrossTrak website).
We will never view the details of the data you store on the CrossTrak web
server, send your data to a third party or provide a third party with access to your data without your request or written permission to do so. In the event
that you send your data to us for analysis or repair, we may view its details if necessary for the purposes of repairing the database.
E-mail Updates
Periodically, we may notify
registered users of new products and services, enhancements to existing products
and services, specials or news related to our business in the form of "e-mail
updates". During software registration, we offer each user the decision to
accept or refuse e-mail updates. Registered users may choose to accept or refuse
e-mail updates at any time using the
